My nephew's birthday is coming up. He will be fifteen. I am too old
to know what video games or clothes to buy him, but after running track
last year, he has started running cross country.

Any gift ideas for a teenage cross country runner other than shoes or
clothes that require fit. He lives in Western PA, so I'd rather not
deal with returns, etc.

Any help is appreciated.
