54:15. I will have to wait for my chip time to see if I beat my time
from last year (54:16).

I ended up in the medical tent for the first time. I threw up (twice)
right at the finish. Luckily I made it to a little grassy area.

The RN in the medical tent named Lucy was very nice.

Rengaw, congrats on running a good race. Very consistent times. Don't worry about getting sick on a race, it happens to all of us. Just means you pushed good...
