Coach ~ I like the "Question of the Week" that you've been including in
your weekly training posts. So far, so good. I've been incorporating
mental training for a few years now and believe there is a benefit.
With regard to the better nutrition, I've done better this time around
in preparation for the upcoming Flying Pig. I've made a commitment to
doing all the little things that I've left out in prior attempts
(better sleep, stretching, nutrition, strength training, etc.) and
again I'm feeling the benefits. I'm within 2-3 lbs of my target race
weight, down 6 lbs from the start late last year.
Keep (the great questions coming about how to improve our) running...
