Week in Review: 55.2 miles over 7 days (18.6 over 3 days prev week), endurance strength at 44 mpw (37 prev week); 8:24 avg pace (8:32 prev week); 66%PEavg (65 prev week). 1,647.5 miles ytd. Weight 126 lbs (126.5 prev week); Body fat = 8% (8 prev week).

Ø       Mon: Easy ~ 8.1 miles on flat trail & road in 1:09:08 (8:32); 65-70% = 7:32, 70-75% = 43:16, remainder under 65% for 71%PEavg. 76º avg w/ 94% humidity & 71º dewpoint. Slacker Factor: Hacking up hairballs (cold), humidity & lack of training.

Ø       Tue: Recovery ~ 7.1 miles on flat trail & road in 1:02:38 (8:49); 65-70% = 38:25, 70-75% = 14:02, remainder under 65% for 67%PEavg. 75º avg w/ 94% humidity & 71º dewpoint. Slacker Factor: Hacking up hairballs (cold) & humidity made me sick to my stomach; cut run short.

Ø       Wed: AM Hills ~ 6.5 miles on Kennesaw Battlefield trails in 56:04 (8:38); 65-70% = 11:16, 70-75% = 23:18, 75-80% = 6:30, remainder under 65% for 68%PEavg. 77º avg w/ 87% humidity & 72º dewpoint. Slacker Factor: Cold still making me dizzy.

Ø       Wed: PM Recovery ~ 5 miles on rolling road in 44:43 (8:57); 65-70% = 3:38, remainder under 65% for 59%PEavg. 77º avg w/ 91% humidity (rain) & 74º dewpoint. Slacker Factor: Cold still making me dizzy.

Ø       Thu: Easy ~ 7.1 miles on rolling road in 56:59 (8:02); 65-70% = 22:42, 70-75% = 10:00, 75-80% = 3:29, remainder under 65% for 66%PEavg. 75º avg w/ 95% humidity (rain) & 72º dewpoint. Slacker Factor: Still getting dizzy.

Ø       Fri: Recovery ~ 4.1 miles on flat trail & road in 35:16 (8:36); 65-70% = 10:51, remainder under 65% for 62%PEavg. 75º avg w/ 90% humidity & 70º dewpoint. Slacker Factor: Humidity.

Ø       Sat: Easy ~ 11.2 miles on flat trail & road in 1:33:08 (8:19); 65-70% = 1:06:07, 70-75% = 11:07, remainder under 65% for 66%PEavg. 72º avg w/ 94% humidity & 70º dewpoint. Slacker Factor: Humidity & sick to my stomach; cut run short ...again!

Ø      Sun: Marathon Tempo ~ 6.1 miles on flat trail & road in 47:09 (7:44); 65-70% = 7:40, 70-75% = 31:50, 75-80% = 1:43, remainder under 65% for 69%PEavg. Middle 3 miles @ 72%PEavg (7:40 pace). 73º avg w/ 78% humidity & 65º dewpoint. Slacker Factor: Still sick to my stomach.

Almost every problem related to race preparation is real easy to get into.
