We found a pool to swim in if we decide to do a triathlon later in the
year... but swimming isn't in the plan/mix until next month.
W - 3.0 mi. Ran at soccer practice around the complex as been my
practice this season. Still having cramps because it is so soon after
eating.
S - 30 mins on the bike. Still making adjustments to the seat, and
working on flexibility and comfort being back on the bike (setup on the
rollers). Didn't have much time, but made the most of what I had.
Stretched a bit and hit some weights.
S - 9.0 mi. I did a .5 mi w/u, before watching the start of the Flying
Pig marathon. Headed up to the 4.0 mi mark and then ran with KB for
8.5 mi through the hilly part of the course. Felt great to run in a
crowd in a big event again. Exited at 12.5 mi-marker of the half and
watched for other friends to finish. This was my longest run by 2x+
this year.
Felt pretty good this week. I'm looking to get a new bike seat as the
one I have is not working out to well (or comfortable for that matter).
Weight was 176.
