Clippers Press Digest - Tuesday, 2 October 2001   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #6 of 137 |
Hi, Clipper fans!
As training camp opens, the Clippers Press Digest will be hitting your mailbox on a more regular basis.
I hope you use HTML mail, because although the CPD is mostly about links to news stories about your favorite team,
I also like to include photos and graphics whenever I have the time to work them in.

Like the Angels Press Digest before it, the CPD will evolve as the season progresses and I'll continually add features.
So, if there's anything you'd like to see added (or removed), send me an email at ClippersClubhouse-owner@yahoogroups.com
and I'll do what I can you accommodate your request, within reason.

That brings me to my personal disclaimer.
The CPD (and the APD) are labors of love.
I don't charge any money nor attempt to because I'm just passing along what I'm reading anyway.
There is a price, however.
The price is that, on occasion, "Real Life Intrudes" and I won't get to publish an issue.
Most times, when a trip or vacation is planned, you'll know about that in advance.
However, sometimes, it's last-minute.  So, be aware of that when on rare occasions an issue doesn't make it to your mailbox.

Thanks!  And let's enjoy the season and "Catch The Spirit"!

"People weren't saying many sarcastic things about us," Odom said Monday. "This year, even people on the street were saying positive things to me about the team." In just his first season as the team's coach, Gentry guided the Clippers, the NBA's second-youngest team, to a 16-win improvement over the 1999-2000 season. The Clippers' turnaround was the best in the NBA last season and the second-best in franchise history.
