Evan Tuchinsky, Riverside Press-Enterprise Clippers fans without cable may be out of luck this season. The team's three national TV games are slated for Turner, and its local rights package so far includes only Fox Sports Net and Fox Sports Net 2. The five-year contract between the Clippers and KCAL/Channel 9 expired after last season, and the sides hit an impasse.
