i took interceptions an divided them by by passing attempts by some
of the of the most intercepted quarter backs in the league an players
of interest in the conference
the stats are from 2002 regular seasons games

interceptions/ passing attempts
4.2440% Thomas Maddux- Steelers
4.1894% Dante Culpepper- Vikings
4.0632% Tim Couch - The Dawgs
3.7735% Kelly Holcomb - The Dawgs
3.7735% Jake Plummer - Cardinals
3.7296% J. Harrington - Lions
3.7288% Blake - Ravens
3.3826% Kitna - "Been"Gals (sadly 2-14 Kitna still had better qb
rating than Couch)
3.3783% Carr - Texans (Carr was sacked 70+ times, but i never seen
once cry about the fans)
1.9002% Michael Vick - Falcons

When compling these numbers i also took in consideration
Holcomb Has not faced a really strong defense except for the Ravens,
and Steelers
I also thought maybe some of the play calling was to blame because
Couch an Holcomb numbers are fairly similar
