Yes, Frank was a bad trade, but he only had 2 more years A.C. (After
Cincy) that were like the years he had with the Reds. Just so happens
one of those years won the Triple Crown. PLUS, the players we got for
him helped set up the JOE MORGAN TRADE in November 1971.
Worst trade the Reds ever made might have to be trading away Christy
Matthewson after his rookie season.
We can't afford to trade Austin Kearns. He's our best outfielder.
Junior is really not able to cover all of CF anymore, and Wily Mo
still hasn't learn to play defense yet. He's about the level of Kal
Daniels. Trading Kearns will likely give us the worst OF defense in
the league.

With a logjam of Ryan Freel and Tony Womack why did the Reds sign Rich Aurilia maybe to play 3rd Base? Has any team signed Josh Hancock? He looked impressive...

Soriano is kind of like Pokey Reese/Jose Guillen part 2. Bad attitude in a uniform. If you are a Bengals fan, he would be the Reds' version of Carl Pickens...
something tells me Soriano's marketability has taken a bit of a dip lately. At least on National League teams My yahoo blog. You will need yahoo id to access....
I just hope I can still use him as a second baseman on my Yahoo Fantasy Baseball team. I've got Dunn as my 1st baseman. Soriano at 2nd. Plus I've got 5...
I'd make that trade. Who says we have to play Soriano in Left? I'd play Freel in Center and move Griffey to Left so he has less ground to cover and can be...
