moment ranks at the top of the list of a candidate self destruct in a matter of
5 minutes...The front runner is in trouble...Actually the Bush people might not
admit it..But he was my pick to run against...Can you say landslide.... ~

kidding...UMPIRES.....Many people just don't like them..Not just fans and
players but executives and employess of baseball...I never felt that way - at
least about most of them - I always tried to provide umpires the best possible
care when they were in our stadium...I actually became and remain friends with
many of them..We would hang out after games both home and away...Because Umpires
NEVER have a home game..And besides maybe that next close play at the plate will
go in your team's way...Kidding again...I don't want a Pete Rose label...From
