LOBO,
Members and interested others,
LOBO meeting Wednesday, November 11, 2009. 7:pm
Shakey's Pizza
2890 Olive Hwy
Oroville, CA.
We may talk about some other stuff, but this is the last meeting prior to
the big event (Lake Oroville 24 Hours of Gold) this weekend,and now is the
time to see where we are and fill in any gaps.
Would like to have;
- Medics/First Responders- 4
- Course marshals- 18
- Registration Desk- 3
- Lap counters/timers- 12
- Food service- 6
- Bike mechanic- 2
We may not really need 45 volunteers, those coming from one duty may step to
another job to keep active.
Last year we had 8 volunteers, each doing the work of 3 people.
If you cannot be at the meeting, but are still planning to be at the event,
please email or call so we can plan accordingly.
