Sorry I haven't talked lately, but this season is turning into total
crap.

On a personal note, this past thursday, I went to a throat
specialistto see about my vocal hoarseness.

He examined me and said there was nothing wrong!

He never even did a scan!

If you could hear me talk right now, you'd know otherwise.

Yesterday, I tried to find change doctors to get a second opinion.

Unfortunately, I live in Tennessee, and I have TennCare Select
insurance, and when I called and got other doctors to call, the
majority of them won't honor TennCare Select.

These yutzes must want all the poor people to die, just to line their
fat pockets!

Worse, when I called TennCare in Nashville, I was told they could
change my insurance carrier, but I had to call every doctor here in
the Knoxville/Knox County area to find out which insurance they'll
honor, then report to TennCare.

I asked, "Don't you have all that on file?", and they said, "No, the
insurance companies do."

I said, "You're supposed to have that on file, that's your
responsibility, you're a state agency!"

They said, "NO, that's your responsibility."

I told them, "What if I go to another doctor, say, out of state, and
he refers me to another throat man, out of state, and he finds a
tumor that's inoperable, and I drop dead in six months? That'll be
on your conscience, if you have one!"

I was told that remark was inappropriate. Well, it was apropriate!

Let me know if any of you can help.

around?"
