Don't forget that we will be heading out to the Cellar Door after the run tomorrow night, so get a babysitter and prepare yourself for a night of fun!
 
I also want to encourage everyone to bring or purchase a headlamp.  There was another fall last week, this time with a minor injury.  Just want all of us to be safe out there.  We have reflective bands for everyone to make you visible to traffic, but it would be better to have something so YOU can avoid potholes, curbs, etc.
 
As always, run starts promptly at 6:30pm.  We expect to be at the Cellar Door around 7:30pm.  They will have some specials available just for our group!

Please join us at the Cellar Door on Monday, November 16th after our run (about 7:30pm).  The Cellar Door has graciously offered us the following specials:
 
House red and white wines by the glass will be $ 5 versus the $ 6 a glass price.
Also, we will offer Stella Artois on tap for $ 4 a glass versus the $ 4.75 a glass price.  
A free bowl of chili will also be available during Monday night football.
