Our weekly lakefront workout for May will be a bike ride on Thursday evenings, meeting at Ohio Street Beach . We will ride on the lakefront path for approximately an hour at varying speeds, according to those that are in attendance - so all are welcome, regardless of type of bike or ability!

Please plan to arrive a little before 6:30 to give yourself time to get ready. The ride leaves promptly at 6:30.

Our goal is to get as many people as possible to join us on these rides. We are here to get fit and have fun! We'd love to meet you and your friends to share our enthusiasm as well as our healthy LUNA bar products, so spread the word!
