Please join the Chicago Triathlon Luna Chix for a STRETCHING CLINIC. The topic will be stretching and flexibility to 1) maintain range, 2) improve biomechanics, 3) decrease injury and 4) show a minimal, moderate and complete program that you can follow! GREAT INFO for any sport! WHEN: Monday, September 15th at 7:00pm WHERE: Occusport Physical Therapy, 337 W. 75th Street, Darien, IL 60527 COST: $20 donation to the Breast Cancer Fund REFRESHMENTS: Will be provided! Clinic/Endurance sports director Gina is an instructor with ART as well as served on staff for over 10 Ironman races including World Championships in Kona, HI. She is also an Ironman Kona Finisher! Jen is a full certified ART provider as well, and is currently heavily involved in triathlon and running races as well. Jessi Bell, ATC, is a marathoner and core strength/exercise specialist for Endurance Sports. | |
