Hello Everyone,
In addition to our usual ride tomorrow night (from Waterfall Glen starting promptly at 6:30pm), several of us will also be going for a short run on the trail after the ride (2 miles). The purpose of doing 2 consecutive workouts (a "brick") is to help your body get used to the feeling when you hop off a bike and head out on the run in a race. Please bring your running shoes and join us.
