Bring your bike, helmet, bike shoes, sunglasses and running shoes so you can practice your own transitions after listening to Jenny shares her information on how to make your transitions fast and smooth. There will also be an optional 3 mile run afterwards so we can show you Centennial Pool, where the Women's Triathlon will be held in June. $20.00 donation for clinic to raise money for the Breast Cancer Fund.
