This is a modification to the hike for Saturday July 7th.
Our beginning location has changed. We are still hiking grandfather
mountain but we will begin on a different trail.

We will still gather at Canyons Restaurant in Blowing rock around 2PM

We have changed the beginning location to a different trail. Several
that have been on the hike have indicated that the selected trail my
be too involved for a day long hike. We will begin on the back side
of Grandfathers' mtn. This is more moderate than was originally
planned.

we will begin at the intersection of Highway 105 (between Linville
and Boone) and Route 184 (Tynecastle Highway).

There is a restaurant called KoJays at the shopping center. we can
meet there.

We can then purchase a hiking permit at the Shell station across the
street and begin our hike.
