Linville Falls affords a long distance view of the Lower falls and basin, as well as the spectacular gorge.

Begin at Starlite Lodge Campground www.starlitelodge.com

10AM
Hike Assembly. 10AM Meet at the Linville Falls visitor Center BRP mile 316.4 visitor center. The hike will consist of the Falls hike (easy 0.5mile to top) get gain view of falls and gorge below. Next we will Hike down into the Basin. This trail is rugged altho only a mile or two can be challenging to those unaccustomed to elevation changing. Please bring water/ snack food as parts of the trails can be strenuous.

Lunch 2pm Canyons Restaurant - Blowing Rock Highway 321 business Please join us for lunch - St Patricks day at Canyons.

DARK (8ishPM)
