1. The Shirts are here!

Believe it or not, the shirts are finally here and they look great.
I will bring them to all of the group runs to distribute.

We want to thank the people that were involved with creating the new
Front Runners shirts.

Gary Adam of Georgetown Bodyworks developed the concept for our new
logo and then worked with the people at Indievisoin to polish it
up.

2. Social Outing – Hedwig and the Angry Inch Friday 8/20

Several of us are going to see Hedwig and the Angry Inch at Actors
Theatre at the 8:00 pm show. Tickets are $23. The tickets are
general admission so you can buy your ticket individually and still
sit with the group. Just let me know if you are going so we can
save the right number of seats. Go to

3. Group run reminder

Don't forget this week's Front Runner runs:

Monday night at 6:30 PM, Dowd YMCA back porch, dinner afterward at
Just Fresh on East Blvd in front of Harris Teeter.

Saturday morning at 9:00 AM, Liaisons parking lot, breakfast
afterward at Einstein Bros. Bagels on South Blvd.

Bloody Mary Running Club, which meets at Aprille Shaffer's house in
