Horseracing, so long the sport of kings, is also a sport in need of change. This group is designed as a forum to bring together individuals interested in overhauling the abuse of steroids, painkillers and other performance drugs in horses, as well as the way in which we as horsemen approach the training, riding, care and maintenance of the equine athlete. It is not a group for gambling tips, bashing owners, trainers, jockeys or officials. It is a place to approach awareness: in horsemen, officials, public, etc. A place to educate and debate, and raise ethics questions which have long been ignored. The ultimate purpose is to initiate action as a group through press releases and community awareness.
