Just a quick note to extend a monumental "THANK YOU" to all who sponsored, participated and volunteered for the 10th annual "4 on the 4th".......what a huge success!! We processed about 430 race applications this year.
There were participants from cities all throughout southeast Louisiana, Mississippi and the Gulf Coast. We appreciate each and everyone of you. We hope you enjoyed the race and will plan to come back again next year.
Our sponsors are amazing and many extend their support by actually participating in the race ~ a true testiment to the fun and uniqueness of this event. We appreciate all that you do. We would have never reached this level of success without you!!
Our "Flyer Volunteers" are the best, which is why we're able to host such a special race ~ you guys know that events like this don't happen without the dedication and hardwork of a solid, core group of volunteers. I'm proud to say that the Flyers do indeed have some of the best volunteers ever. Thank you!!
Thank you to the City of Covington for their support and hard work in preparing for the race, and also for the very special Proclamation, designating the 4th of July as "15th Street Flyers" Day!! That's pretty cool stuff!!

Congratulations to our 4 mile State Champions: Matthew Manning, Allison Moll, James Miller, Mary Grace Rome, Bill Reese and Karen Mutell.......all are true Champions, both on and off the race course! Complete race results will be posted on the Flyers website, www.15thstreetflyers.org.
