Dear Friends at Chalmette Track Club,

Hi, LeAnne Cantrell here, representing the Mandeville Seafood Festival. We have
set up a 5k and 1k race to be held Friday morning, July 3 at 7:30 am at our
beautiful, oak-tree-shaded course at Fontainebleau State Park . Located on the
lakeshore of Lake Pontchartrain , we are just a short drive over for you.
Organizing the fun run for us is Mike Dugger of Runners Choice athletic store.
Mike is putting our race together as his donation to KidSense, and we salute him
for his amazing help!

We would be honored to have you include our race – which benefits my nonprofit
organization KidSense – on your webpage. KidSense custom designs and donate
special needs playgrounds for local public school, and we are one of the dozens
of nonprofits who are the recipients of ALL proceeds from the Seafood Fest.

With your race registration also comes complimentary all day entrance to the
Mandeville Seafood Festival. With anticipate crowds of 40,000 over the entire
weekend, prepare for an AMAZING time! If you'd like to bring you kids, we offer
a two acre family-oriented area called Louisiana Lagniappe with its own stage of
non-stop entertainment. And, with our family registration package, your
children too can learn the value of not just good health but the prospect of
giving back to the communities in which we live.
