The 25th CHALMETTE TRACK CLUB 10 MILE ROAD RACE -- SUNDAY December
7, 2008 AT 8:15 A.M.

Pearl Harbor Day Surprise

We had plans for a downtown (Chalmette and Arabi) historical course,
but the Parish could not accommodate us, so surprise! We are running
down the road, with only one turn.

LOCATION: Start, finish, and party are at the Pelicanman course
which is about 2.5 miles west of the junction
of

East Judge Perez Drive (Hwy. 39) and the
Judge Perez extension road.

DIRECTIONS: Find Chalmette. From the intersection of Judge Perez
and Paris Road, travel east on
Judge
Perez Dr. about 7 miles. Turn left at the intersection of
East Judge Perez Drive (Hwy39) and
The Judge Perez extension road. The staging area is about 21/2 miles
east on this road.

COURSE: The 10 mile course is out and back on the Pelicanman bike
course with no hills

AWARDS: Surprise! Virgin re-cycled trophies from previous races
will be awarded to
worthy

participatents. Course records will be
acknowledged

LAGNIAPPE: Surprise! Registered runners will receive T-shirts
from previous races.

PARTY: Join us for refreshments, including beer for adults, soft
drinks, fruit and LUNCH

ENTRY FEE: Surprise only $10. ($8 or 13 and under)

REGISTRATION: No Surprise ………..Race Day

In consideration of the acceptance of this application form, I the
undersigned intending to be legally bound, do hereby for myself,
executors, administrators and assigns, knowingly and willingly waive
any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the
persons of entities connected with this event, including the
Chalmette Track Club, Inc. And I release and hold them harmless for
any and all injuries sustained in connection with this event. I
hereby grant full permission to use my name and image in any
photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, broadcasts, or
other record of t his event. I further attest that I have read this
waiver and intend to have a good time at this event.
