Wrestling USA Magazine has published their All-American list in their
May 30 issue.
From West Virginia are University's Kyle Turnbull and Parkersburg's
Lou Thomas.
Also, former Jr. Patriot and Nitro standout Jacob Frerichs was named
to the All-American team.
Another West Virginian of note is former West Liberty Wrestler and
Brooke High School Coach Merle Tournay. Tournay was named 2004
National Official of The Year by Wrestling USA Magazine. He formerly
coached the Brooke Bruins to the 1980 state title and was named the
1980 WV Coach of the Year.
