BONK HARD RACING, LLC RELEASES 2009 RACE DATES & LOCATIONS

Bonk Hard Racing has released its 2009 race schedule and venues. Below is
the 2009 schedule:

Bonk Hard Chill - Feb. 7
- Lake of the Ozarks State Park, MO
- 12-Hour course only in 2009
- Registration is currently open
- 4th running of this cold weather race

LBL Challenge - April 4-5
- Land Between the Lakes, KY (near Grand Rivers, KY)
- 12 & 24-Hour courses
- USARA National Championship Qualifier
- CP Tracker Adventure Race Series
- Some fantastic singletrack
- Beautiful lakes and terrain

KC Dirty Duo - TBD
- Kansas City metro area
- Teams of two alternate running and biking
- Crawl through the famous mud pit before crossing the finish line!
- Offering a kids course (Dirty Duo JR.)
- More of a "festival" atmosphere in 2009!

Sunflower State Games AR - July 18
- Perry State Park, KS
- 3rd running of this Sprint Adventure Race
- Teams of 2 go fast in this 2-5 hour Sprint race
- Win bragging rights as Kansas AR Champs!

Dusk 2 Dawn AR - July 18-19
- Perry State Park, KS
- Race starts at 9PM and ends at 9AM
- The 4th running of this "cool" summertime adventure race
- Brand new course and terrain in '09
- Possibly last year of Dusk 2 Dawn at beautiful Perry SP

Berryman Off-Road Duathlon - August 22
- Berryman Recreation Area, MO (near Potosi, MO)
- 6 or 12-Hours of continuous off-road mountain biking and trail running on
one of Missouri's most legendary trails
- Can Lullel Hickman three-peat as 12-Hour Champion?

Berryman Adventure - September 25-27
- Big Spring Park, near Van Buren, MO
- 12 or 36-Hours of backwoods adventure racing
- USARA National Championship qualifier
- CP Tracker Adventure Race Series
- 9th running of the Midwest's premier adventure race

Castlewood 8-Hour - December 5

- Fast and fun race near St. Louis

Bonk Hard Racing is in the works to possibly add to this race calendar,
however, nothing has been finalized on these new races. Therefore, if they
are approved, we will update our website at that time.
