Bonk Hard Racing, LLC Presents the 3 Modes of Off-Road

Kansas City, MO - Bonk Hard Racing, LLC, organizers of adventurous, outdoor
pursuits, is very excited to announce the 3 Modes of Off-Road. Based off of
the popular Jay Challenge, the 3 Modes of Off-Road will utilize the same
format with paddling, mountain biking and trail running for individuals as
well as teams.

Held in the beautiful and challenging terrain of the Ouachita National
Forest in Arkansas on May 18-20th, the 3 Modes of Off-Road will take racers
on a 34-mile paddle on Lake Ouachita on Friday, May 18th. Lake Ouachita,
just 67 miles southwest of Little Rock and 15 miles Northeast of the popular
Hot Springs, AR, is nestled in the mountains of the Ouachita National
Forest, where no homes are allowed, and has over 1000 miles of shoreline and
over 200 islands. Racers will paddle 34 miles (19 miles for the short
course) on the beautiful Lake Ouachita on Friday, May 18th.

Saturday, May 19th will be the mountain biking section of the 3 Modes of
Off-Road. If you have never ridden the famous Womble Trail in Arkansas,
then you are in for a real treat! This 37 mile singletrack trail, which
connects to the 192 mile Ouachita Trail, is one of the most popular trails
in Arkansas, and all of the Midwest. Short segments of the trail meander
along bluffs of the Ouachita River providing breathtaking views. The
majority of the mountain biking section will be on this beautiful trail, and
will take mountain bikers on an approximate 65-mile ride (about 30 miles for
the short course). The biking section of the race will be beautiful and
challenging, and you will definitely not want to miss it!

On Sunday, May 20th, 3 Modes of Off-Road racers will trail run. Again
utilizing the Womble Trail and the adjoining trails, long course racers will
run the trail marathon while short course racers will run a half-marathon.
If you think the Womble Trail is fun to bike on, it is just as enjoyable to
run on!

Even though the 3 Modes Champion goes to the racer with the fastest time of
the three races combined for the long course, you don't have to do all three
races if you don't want to. Racers will be allowed to register for each leg
individually, both long and short course, if you prefer.

Do you know a strong paddler, strong mountain biker and a strong runner?
Combine forces and race in the Team division!

There are many options for racers at the 3 Modes of Off-Road, and one thing
is for sure, you will not want to miss the first running of this race in one
of the most beautiful, and challenging, areas in the Midwest! Train hard if
you're coming to do the Long Course, because it will test the will and
endurance of any endurance athlete! If you're interested in racing the 3
Modes of Off-Road, early registration ends on April 6th!
