The Sunflower 24-Hour, one of Bonk Hard Racing's newest adventures in 2007,
is set to take place the weekend of March 23-25 in the beautiful and
historic area around Lawrence, Kansas. Don't let the name and location fool
you; this race will test the endurance (and navigational abilities) of all
adventure racers!

The Sunflower 24-Hour will take racers on some of the best single track in
the region! Some trails will be super fast and smooth while others will be
rugged and technical. Teams can also expect river paddling and lake
paddling, trail running, urban orienteering, backwoods orienteering,
rappelling, traversing and much more. We are very excited about the course
for the Sunflower 24-Hour!

The race is part of the Checkpoint Tracker National Points Series. The
Checkpoint Tracker National Points Series brings together 11 events produced
by eight proven race promoters from across the United States, ranging from

The Sunflower 24-Hour is also a Regional Qualifier for the GoLite USARA
Adventure Racing National Championships, held in Missouri on November 2-3.
The top three teams at the Sunflower 24-Hour will qualify to race in the
exciting National Championships race, and the top team will receive $400
towards their entry fee into the race, paid for by Bonk Hard Racing. To

The winning team of the Sunflower 24-Hour will receive $900 in cash, and a
