Good Morning,

To make a long story short, I've been having a very difficult time
setting up the new CWCVL bank account for two reasons.

1. I'm not the brightest guy in the world!

2. There is a pre-existing CWCVL account with an active Tax ID
number, and we're trying to track down the people that actually have
access to it. While this won't affect any of you, I just wanted to
let you know why the checks are sitting in limbo.

NOVEMBER 11th: The West Region will be playing at ASU and the East
Region will be playing at UNCW. I will post the brackets by
November 1st, but please contact me if you have any specific
questions. The delay is due to the fact that I still have three
schools that haven't BEEN ABLE to pay yet but still plan to do so.

MARCH 31st: This tournament is already locked on for UNC Chapel
Hill.

FEBRUARY 10th: The plan is to have UNCG, ELON, NCSU, or DUKE host.
We'll need two sites with two courts at each site. If you already
asked me to host, please remind me, and I'll take care of it.

I'd love to see more participation at our sister events throughout
the year. Please post any tentative Spring dates you might have so
we don't create anymore scheduling conflicts. In addition, I'd like
to put together a three year plan starting next year to schedule one
league event per year in Virginia if possible.

INDIVIDUAL TOURNAMENTS: When you host your own event, please send
me a list of the participating teams and the top four finishers so I
can send the information on to the national level.
