Hello again ladies!
If this is your first time hearing from me, my name is Ashley Dawkins and I am the 2006-2007 president for the Va Tech Women's club volleyball team.I am writing you all again (or for the first time :)) to invite you all to our home tournament which will take place October 28. (I know a few schools have already said yes, if so, could just email me a final confirmation :) ) There will be a total of 16 teams, including our two teams. We are sponsored by Ameri Suites, so they offer discounts to teams we host for tournaments! If you are interested in staying overnight I will email you with all the contact information for the hotel (which is very close to campus). We will charge $150 for the first team and $100 if you bring a second. The winners WILL be getting their entry fee back! I would love to have all the teams confirmed by Friday of next week if at all possible so that I can email everyone back with a list of competitors, so if you could get back to me as soon as you discuss it with your other officers it would be greatly appreciated.
