To avoid any future problems with officiating assignments in the playoffs,
please vote for one of the following. Keep in mind that the host team will
always work the playoffs when, and if, they are available.

o The last place team in each pool will work the semi's.
o The third place team in each pool will work the semi's.
o The closest team working the last POOL match and not advancing will ref the
semi=final match.
