I'm thinking PFM for suppling lunch, water, drinks on Saturday and
Sunday and the Berry family for everything outside of that (mailnly a
Friday welcome party).

We can give out lunch tickets with registration to get a free plate
from the PFM guys, then pay them $4/ticket from the coffers. Then
it'll be up to spouses, spectators, etc to buy their own food from
them. Fund raiser for them, gets a difficultly timed job off of the
racers.

Might even throw the incentive of only providing tickets for pre-reg,
or only for dual day reg. Work this out later.
