There's going to be a lot to Timing and Scoring, so I think two
people is well warrented.
We've made the decision to make each day count as an individual
champ towards series results, but haven't gone into detail about
other 2 vs 1 day stuff. I envision all trophies, results, kudos
would go to the winners of the combined days. The only thing that
is split out per day will be the series points.
(Anyone disagree?)
Sweeps will probably be a decision made a lot closer to the event,
but lets keep it in mind. I'd REALLY like to get the results out as
close to real time as possible. I'd like to have small scale award
cerimonies at Lunch and post event on Sunday. That's means some
generic trophies on hand, and quick turn around on results.
Registration will need to get worked out, it will definitly be
different than our normal events. I'm thinking a more comprehensive
pre-reg (like including pre-payment as Rick suggests), and a decent
late/day of upcharge. There will be some one day only entries to
handle as well.
