Planning Committee members. It looks like we're going to be forced
into making a decision on entry fees earlier than I had planned.

Firstly, entry fees are not ultamately up to us. The E-Board will
have the final word. But I'm sure they're take our input very
strongly.

Now, the difficulty is Guy and the California series has put
together a very preliminary budget for all three regions. I
uploaded the budget on this group site, and it can be found here:

His Budget assumes an entry fee of $75 with 300 entrants at each
location.

It results in an average of $202 per series podium finisher
(assuming 115 podium finishers)
