Nobody's on just yet, but I figured I should post this before they get
invited.

Here's the lay out I set up.

This groups discussions are public, so anybody can come and read our
messages.

All of the Chief positions, as listed on the home page of this group,
will be allowed to join and take part in the discussions. Mostly I'd
like to hear how different things would effect their area.

When it comes to decission make though, only votes of the Divisional
Planning SubCommittee count (Glenn, Bill, Gayle and myself).

So, consider yourself notified and don't say anything dumb.
