Subject: 24 hours of Chamberlin
Hello Wheelies,
Due to heat conditions in July the Chamberlin Ranch 24 hour race (Firestone
Walker Ranch) has been moved to the weekend of October 29th. Assuming that
there are no major Collegiate races going on that weekend there will be a team
of us going to compete in this race. If you missed out on all the action at the
last 24 hour race you really need to come to this one! The Chamberlin course is
very fun, winding along open fields and vineyards making it a total of 15miles
per a lap. Entry fees for a 5-person team are 550.00 (by 9/5), but for every
non-rider that volunteers at the timing tent 50.00 dollars is knocked off.
Check out the link, and let me know if you are interested. Also, if anyone
knows where the WCCC calendar is tell me!
