We should of had Taylor in Jan but the board dithered over 250k. If we had
offered 1 million straight away he would be ours now, and Edurado would not
be walking like Heather Mills!

everyone anyway. And he just won't pay it! MLS

The board budgeted for relegation when we went up and that ultimately led to us
going down for the sake of winning one more game and that starting with Doc up
front. The board said later they didn't get a real striker until the money came
in from Sky. So judge the board on their ambition or what ever you like.
As for the Turners? They still have to prove to the fans that their seats on the
board are more than just an ego trip that they will walk away from taking their
loan in the near future.
I don't think 8 or 9 loan player are the future for the club, 3 maybe but any
more you have no stability in the team.
As I said the long term football future of the club will be decided in the next
3 months and I wonder if we will ever lose the poor little Norwich tag as long
as the person who gave it to us is still on the board?

1) If they had give Worthington the money for a top or even half top class
striker, we may well have stayed up - insted, we get The Doc, as a panic buy!
2) The club brought in Grant cos he was cheap and then felt they had to back
him, purley because it was them brining him in, and to compensate fr that trash
Worthington got.
3) They have 'backed' up Glenn - but only cos he dont want a lot of money - and
thats something we DO need to push again! So, its not exactly thumbs up and 100%
praise to the board there!
4) If all we get is loan players next season - its again another 'always next
year' season, and a waste of money, time and effort!
5) No money to spend = end of this board!

Subject: [CN] Result: City 3-0 QPR (Evans, Fotheringham, Russell)
City final moved themselves clear of the threat of relegation with a
game to spare after a very one-sided victory against ten-man QPR at
Carrow Road on Saturday.
City got off to a flying start and looked set to take a deserved lead
in the opening few minutes when Ched Evans raced through, only to be
shoved in the back on the edge of the box by Damion Stewart. The push
was enough to put Ched off his shot before the ex City loan keeper Lee
Camp took him out with a complete body check.
The keeper escaped punishment, but Stewart was given a straight red,
and City took full advantage. Although the resulting freekick came to
nothing, City kept the pressure on, forcing a corner and Huckerby
eventually crossed to Cureton who pulled the ball back to Evans, via a
defender, and Evans volleyed home from the edge of the box.
City attacked in waves and could, indeed should, have added a hat-full
to their early advantage, but some wasteful finishing, good
goalkeeping and the woodwork combined to keep the scoreline down to a
nail-biting 1-0.
The second half continued in the same vein, but it took a slice of
luck for City to finally double their advantage when the ball bounced
out to Fotheringham, twenty yards from goal. He took a touch and fired
goal-wards, but his shot clipped a defender's heal to wrong-foot Camp
and crawl into the net.
Fotheringham almost got his second when the QPR defence went missing
and Lee Camp took on a sweeper role, but with the keeper stranded
outside the box, Fotheringham's attempt at an open goal dropped just
the wrong side of the post.
It didn't take long, however, for an almost identical piece of
goalkeeping to present City with another chance. This time Chadwick
and Dion closed down the keeper, who had again strayed way outside his
box, the ball bobbled free as Camp threw himself into one rash
challenge after another until Russell kept his head, and his footing,
to fire into the unguarded net.
There seemed to be a concerted effort to set up Dion for a farewell
goal, although Cureton had spent the entire game on a solo mission to
collect his 200th professional goal, much to the frustration of some
of his colleagues at tines.
The futures of one City player was made a lot clearer as the team
completed its lap of honour - Hucks hanging way back, with Dion, to
milk the applause one last time, perhaps?
So another year of Championship football to look forward to! MLS

MLS

We were abysmal, if the ref had not been as bad as he was the crowd would have
been on the teams back more. Gibbs mite as well not been there and barn door
Jamie lived up to his name.
That was my first game in weeks and will now be my last of this season, thank
god.
I will be waiting to see what happens in the summer before I sell my season
ticket off to some other mug like me..........its got that bad.

If my calulations are correct a win against West Brom on Saturday (giving us
55pts) will guarantee safety - if either Leicester or Sheff Wed lose.
Defeat for Leicester reduces their maximum to 54 - even if they were to win (max
poss 57pts) it does not matter, as a defeat for Sheff Wed would reduce their
maximum to 55. By virtue of the fact they still have to meet, these totals are
not achievable by both teams. One team will drop 3 pts or both sides 2pts
bringing one of their totals below 55pts.
It gets better!
If we were to draw (53pts) then we would still be guaranteed safety if both
Leicester AND Sheff Wed lose (54 pts/55pts respectively). Again since one team
will drop 3pts or both sides 2pts the maximum available to one team will be
52pts
Hope I've got this right!

After Sunday this boards attitude to how much "on the pitch" investment
takes place in the summer will be the most important desertion they have to
take. It will decide their own future and the clubs. I personally cant see
the fan base putting up with the club languishing in the bottom third of the

Angelina Wenn was born on 11/04/08 at 12:48 pm, weighing 1lb 5oz (600
grams).
A 'little' premature at 24 weeks and 4 days, but is doing well so far and is
looking forward to her first victory over the Scum on this coming Sunday!
I thought I has done well to get a due day outside of the footy season (28th
July), but Angelina had other ideas! Mum is doing well.

That shows just how unfit he is for the post he holds and if the Chairman
was a scrap of use he would sack him. How can the supporters be too
ambitious? Conversely, the Board and Doncaster are not ambitious enough,
well they are when it comes to chip pans, fat fryers and fax machines.
Doncaster has absolutely no idea how a true supporter feels. Of course
they want the Club to do well and compete and be amongst the best. The man
has more front than the new Wembley. For someone who makes a very good
living out of NCFC and lacks the real qualifications essential for the post
that he holds might prefer that his relatively easy life is not disturbed
too much.
Sell out - that happened years ago.
