Theoklitos left Australian A-League side Melbourne Victory last month, having
met with Bryan Gunn back in March, and joins on a two-year contract.
The 28-year-old stopper had four successful years in Melbourne, including two
A-League Championships and being named the league's goalkeeper of the year.
He has played in England before, back in 2002/03, when he made three appearance
for Blackpool, but presumably is well known to first team coach Ian Crook.
According to Gunny, Theoklitos has been his main target all along, and he is
delighted to have captured a very reliable keeper. MLS
Looks like Gunny is doing ok remembering where we are but only time will tell.
Even though the new chairman wants to get loaners in you stay away from them
Bryan ;o)
