Well guys and gals,
Reporting in from Boise Idaho.....its been a long trip so far, but we are almost to The Dalles, Oregon. I hope by the time we get there, my legs remember how to ride a bike and are not all stiff a cramped up from riding in a vehicle! there will be some down-time before the race on Saturday to get loosened up and ready to race.
Its raining right now....hope its not doing this on Saturday!
I had a blast at FTF hanging out and racing and riding with everyone! The bicycle polo was awesome new addition to the evening festivities!! Thanks for reminding us to bring the polo set Tommy!! I am going to make arrangements for that lot to be mowed for next years polo games!! After all that racing and playing, I was pretty wiped out Monday!! Hope everyone else is back up to speed, too!
All the pics of FTF are awesome! I have had a chance to cycle thru some of the sets. Can't wait till I have more chances to really look thru all of them! Thanks Paula and Terry for all of the photos!
Brent, hope the recovery is going okay....I sure do feel for ya man!! Been there and know just how a bummed up shoulder feels!!!!!!!!! Remember the recumbent is waiting for ya when you feel up to being able to handle it or doctors orders say you can.
Emma, hope you leg is doing okay. Bet that is showing some nice bruise colors now!!! You keep on riding! You are doing awesome! We CKMBC ladies had better watch out for you! With you on the scene riding strong, we will be adding you to the "Man Kickin' Team"!!! Keep it up, you tough little chic!
Okay, time to get moving! I want to get on to The Dalles so I can get on the bike and get loosened up!!
Oh, and Mark and those helping with the Girls Scout crew.....I would sure be there to help out if I wasn't on this road trip! I do hope some of the other CKMBC ladies are going to be there to help out....Paula, Erin, Jamie, Dena, Kim......anybody going to be able to help out?
More later from Oregon!
