Although, I heard that he *could* be sent to jail, for up to a year... I
doubt this will happen, but if it's true that that's a possibility, what
he's being accused of must be pretty bad.. but the fact that he was in a
public place probably doesn't make a difference, considering it was a party,
with a good chance that most there were drunk.
