My dear Morgan,
Just a follow up on our conversation last Thursday. Please confirm if this is correct and forward to Unser Hafen:
Pre-registration for the equestrian portion of Toys for Tots is requested and appreciated, but not mandatory. A pre-event head count is helpful to those preparing for the event.
Entry to the site fee is an unwrapped new toy per person (what about kids?) and fee to ride is an additional $10 per rider.
Site opens at 10 and closes at 4. Riders may arrive earlier to prepare horses, etc. but no riding allowed until waivers are signed and a equestrian marshal is on the scene.
Stalls are available on a first come basis for an additional $8 if desired.
Yours in service
Anne

I'm leaving town that morning. Could someone please post notes from the meeting with Moyra?
Thanks,
Mary Katherine

Practice of the year - next Sunday, Nov. 11th at Mountain View Stables
(www. mvsaa. com) from 10 a.m. - Noon. We have access to an indoor
arena if the weather is questionable. If we have the outdoor arena,
we will set up games that the group wants to practice on, but will
also make sure we have plenty of room if there are new horses there to
join us. Please e-mail me if you are thinking about coming. Moyra
may come out to go over the new SCA Equestrian rules recently passed
and will bring copies.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Nesta
