PROMOTE THE POSITIVE GROWTH OF KITEBOARDING in San Luis Obispo, California.
Through advocating kiteboarding safety, promoting a positive image, working to
maintain beach and waterway access, and maintaining a membership with unity
and awareness of its issues.
