FYI,

I emailed the CA State Parks about which parks will be closed. Below
is their response. Attached is the list of the pending parks to be closed.

Mt. Diablo is on the list.

I'm not getting too concerned about this. I see it as a basic scare tactic. Now we should be much more willing to accept an increase in fees or more...
