1) A reminder that we have been meeting on Tuesday evenings (6:00pm) at the Central Cambria track for a workout.  On average, we have had four people, but we saw some new faces last week, which was very encouraging!  Generally, we've done between 1.5 and 3 miles worth of speed on the track.  You could also come and run the cross country course.

Track night has also become kids night.  Bradleys, Remillards, and Doyles all bring their kids, and someone always watches them while folks run.  The kids are also a great cheering section.

2) We're planning on an "end of summer" Saturday morning run at Prince Gallitzin, with a picnic/potluck to follow on August 22.  Bring kids, sand toys, etc., etc.

3) Thanks to Julie Doyle, we're on Facebook!  The link is  http://www.facebook.com/home.php?ref=home#/group.php?gid=118061858133.  I suppose you could also search for CCARRC.  I'm new to this, and am just trying to figure out how it works.  But it might be a way to spread the word.

Happy trails,

Art
