Central Cambria Area Road Runner's Club Tuesday Night Interval Workouts
Announcing: Summer Tuesday Night Interval Workouts beginning Tuesday June 23, 2009 at the Central Cambria Track @ 6pm. Runners/joggers of all abilities are welcome. We will do up to 3 miles of intervals—at your pace. Bring your own water bottle.
The Central Cambria Cross Country Course is also in the track area for those looking for a non-track workout.
