If you're not running the 5k/10k in Somerset this Saturday (http://www.dailyamerican.com/10k/#), we'll be meeting at St. Francis in the JFK parking lot at 7:30.  We'll be running a loop that can be either 8 or 9 miles.  As usual, Kevin and I will be running at about 6:40ish pace; and Mike and Ryan hold 8ish pace. 

 

All are welcome to come out--and suggestions for future runs are welcomed.
