Hope to make it up to one of these runs soon. But, we're still in the middle of
track season right now. So, my Saturdays are pretty well blocked for awhile.

All,

This Saturday at 7:00am, we'll be running on the trails at the Lemon House. All
are welcome. This past weekend at Nanty Glo, we had two groups. Kevin and I
probably ran at 6:40ish pace. I believe that Mike and Ryan hovered at around
8:00 minute pace. I suspect that both "groups" will be present this weekend.
I'd love to see more pace groups in the coming weeks, so please come along and
bring a friend. And if you have suggestions for runs in the coming weekends,
please contact me.
