This Saturday at 7:00am, we'll be running on the trails at the Lemon House.  All are welcome.  This past weekend at Nanty Glo, we had two groups. Kevin and I probably ran at 6:40ish pace.  I believe that Mike and Ryan hovered at around 8:00 minute pace.  I suspect that both "groups" will be present this weekend.  I'd love to see more pace groups in the coming weeks, so please come along and bring a friend.  And if you have suggestions for runs in the coming weekends, please contact me.
