Hey all,

Sorry I've been out of touch of late. I'm hoping to host a shoe
clinic (offered by Kevin Doyle) within the next month. And I'd like
to get back to organizing Sunday runs.

Our newest "member", J.D. Griffith, is the race director for the
Johnstown Incline Plane Trail run (link above), held on September 2.
This looks like a really fun event, and I have every intention of
running it. I hope some of you can attend too.

This morning on the rails-to-trails in Ebensburg, I ran and watched
quads speed up and down the trail, and cops trying to track them down
(at 6:00am). I'm still not sure--with all of the off road trails
here--why these guys need to use the rails-to-trails. I suppose I'm
just out of touch with today's youth--it happens when one teaches
college students.
