I promise to make one of these runs eventually. Haven't seen you guys in a long
time. I'm actually leaving momentarily to head to Vermont for a couple

All,

This Sunday, Kevin and I will be running at Nanty Glo at 7:00am. All
are welcome to join us. There is another group that generally meets
then too.

There is a race in Ebensburg on Saturday--a 5k on the trail. I don't
have the information for start time in front of me, though. If anyone
is interested, contact me and I'll make some calls.
